Governor Abercrombie signs Venture Accelerator Bill

June 27, 2012 Governor Abercrombie signed into law HB2319, the Venture Accelerator Bill.  In a brief signing ceremony at the State Capitol, the Governor unveiled the name of the new initiative, the Launch Akamai Venture Accelerator Program or LAVA Program.  The LAVA Program Request for Information (RFI) will be published on this site on July 2, 2012.  Information on the program timeline and application process will be detailed in the RFI.  In addition, dates for RFI information sessions will also be announced.
